At 13dpo my hcg was 57 and 3 days later was 399 so not a massive rise-definitely didn't suspect twins from it. My Pregesterone numbers were 52.5 at cd22 and remained in high 60s in first weeks of pregnancy. The reason is, when you dial in with test only, you gonna know what blood numbers make you feel good, the ratio of test, e2, dht, all that shit.
